Sent wrong bike and horrible customer service.

The customer purchased the old 1000W GT73 model. We shipped them the new 1200W model instead, which is $100 more expensive than the old one, and we didn’t ask them to make up the price difference. However, the customer used this as leverage to demand a refund. We suggested that the customer return the product, but they refused to do so. Later, we sent the customer a free phone holder, which the customer accepted and was satisfied with.
Two months later, this customer wanted to purchase the upgraded 1500W GT73 PRO model. We offered them the lowest self-pickup price on the market at $1500, but the customer insisted on $1400 and once again used a refund threat to pressure us. We had already provided the most favorable price and could not lower it further, so the customer left this negative review.
